Zamora wants to play for Soca Warriors

?Fresh off a �5mil­lion move to Eng­lish Pre­mier­ship club Hull City from Ful­ham, Eng­lish-born strik­er Bob­by Zamo­ra has set his sights on play­ing for the So­ca War­riors. This was con­firmed by the play­er's agent Er­ic Wa­ters on Wednes­day as he sent a mes­sage to T&T team man­ag­er David Muham­mad.

Fol­low­ing an en­quiry from the T&T Foot­ball Fed­er­a­tion in­to the play­er's avail­abil­i­ty af­ter a new Fi­fa rul­ing sev­er­al weeks ago, Zamo­ra, 28, in­di­cat­ed his in­ter­est and is look­ing to­wards his de­but for T&T. T&T plays El Sal­vador on Au­gust 12 in a 2010 World Cup qual­i­fi­er at the Hase­ly Craw­ford Sta­di­um, Mu­cu­rapo.

"I've spo­ken to Bob­by and he's con­firmed a strong de­sire to play for Trinidad and To­ba­go," Wa­ters said. Zamo­ra, whose fa­ther is from Care­nage, has al­so asked to speak to T&T se­nior team of­fi­cials pri­or to him join­ing the team.
