Cops search for 2 missing teens

Po­lice are seek­ing as­sis­tance from the pub­lic in lo­cat­ing two miss­ing teenage girls, one of whom left two cryp­tic mes­sages on Face­book the day she was last seen.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice re­ports, Chris­tene Alexan­der, 15, of South­ern Gar­dens, War­den Road, Point Fortin, and Amanyi Noel, 16, of Sal­d­ina Ter­race, Curepe, were re­port­ed miss­ing by their fam­i­lies re­cent­ly.

Noel was re­port­ed miss­ing to the St Joseph Po­lice Sta­tion by her moth­er, Kar­la Charles, around 8 pm on Sat­ur­day. Noel was last seen leav­ing home to at­tend class­es at Civil­ian Con­ser­va­tion Corps, Mau­si­ca, around 9 am last Fri­day.

She is of African de­scent, five feet, eight inch­es tall and of medi­um built and was wear­ing an or­ange jer­sey and black pants when she left home.

On Noel's Face­book page, which had ac­tiv­i­ty as re­cent as 4.17 pm on the day she went miss­ing, she post­ed this sta­tus at 4.13 pm: "I am fi­nal­ly see­ing what I should of seen a long time ago when I'm cry­ing out for help no one is there but when I die my wake will be in a sta­di­um. Please tell me why peo­ple do­ing that I cant un­der­stand."

In the sec­ond case, Alexan­der was re­port­ed miss­ing to the Port Fortin Po­lice Sta­tion by her moth­er, Be­lin­da Alexan­der, around 12.45 am on Tues­day.

She was last seen at home at around 7.35 pm on Mon­day wear­ing a blue short pants and a mul­ti-coloured, stripped long sleeve top. Alexan­der is a Form Three pupil of Ves­signy Sec­ondary School and is of African de­scent, five feet tall and slim built.
