Afeisha Noel blazed Fire to a com­fort­able 44-29 win over UWI in a pre­mier­ship match on Sat­ur­day as ac­tion con­tin­ued in the Courts All Sec­tors Net­ball League at the East­ern Re­gion­al In­door Sports Are­na, Tacarigua.

Noel scored 31 out of 37 at­tempts, while Abeni Tay­lor net­ted 12/20 for UWI. UWI was still in the game at half­time, trail­ing 13-19, but a strong third quar­ter from Fire sealed the win, as it jumped out to a 34-17 lead. Noel and com­pa­ny took their foot of the gas in the fourth quar­ter, but the dam­age was al­ready done.

In an­oth­er pre­mier­ship en­counter, Kali­fa Mc­Collin had an al­most per­fect match to lead Game Chang­ers to a slim 38-32 vic­to­ry over Po­lice. Mc­Collin scored 22/25, while Joelisa Coop­er showed some form for Po­lice, fin­ish­ing 23 of her 30 at­tempts.

In the Cham­pi­onship Di­vi­sion, Bermudez de­feat­ed Po­lice Y 42-32 and Po­lice X edged Jabloteh 33-27. In the lone al­ter­na­tive di­vi­sion match, La Vaughn O'Neil led Pris­ons to a 32-21 win over Cen­tral Bank.
