The release of the 2013 edition of the Trinidad Weddings Wed-Zine has quelled anticipation among several local and regional wedding enthusiasts and lifestyle readers.
Ahead of its April 15 release, the latest version of the annual publication was unveiled to a gathering of specially invited guests and media personnel during a chic, intimate launch at the Jaffa Restaurant, Queen's Park Oval, Port-of-Spain.
According to a release, The annual glossy-format TW Wedding Magazine or Wed-Zine, produced by Trinidad Weddings.com (TW) with branding, design and layout by Inventure Associates, is set to be more than a mere coffee table fixture but will serve as an official guide to all things "wedding." In effect, the magazine places a unique perspective of the industry in a true Caribbean context.
"I consider our magazine to be a little revolution in the local bridal industry," said TW Wed-Zine founder and editor Simone Sant-Ghuran in the release.
"At TW, we don't see anything wrong with being different and offering up inspiration and sometimes, 'the unusual' to our audience; in fact we embrace it!
"We do so because our readers are the types who thirst for ways to infuse their personality, fresh ideas and custom design into their weddings."
According to Sant-Ghuran the new issue of the Wed-Zine will continue TW's goal to celebrate the country's multiculturalism and keep consumers abreast of new local and global trends.
The forthcoming instalment, which is the fifth in the series, is a collector's edition and features everything from coverage of international fashion weeks, runway shows and the latest trends in makeup, bridal hair and veil styles to reviews on top T&T honeymoon hotspots and profiles on national wedding industry specialists. The 2013 TW Wed-Zine is available for purchase at several retail outlets throughout T&T.
It will also be distributed to international destinations and be available for online purchase via www.trinidadweddings.com
