I was won­der­ing in­to which abyss at Flow has my 38 cents been dis­ap­pear­ing? When pay­ing my bill, I have been round­ing off to the near­est dol­lar and there seems to be no cred­it print­ed on my bill state­ment.I have been told that ac­count­ing is an "ex­act sci­ence" and un­less it's done with peb­bles or red bean seeds, 38 cents has been do­ing a dis­ap­pear­ing act on a month­ly ba­sis in Flow's ac­count­ing de­part­ment.

If 1,000 cus­tomers round off their bill like I do, that would equal $380 per month fol­low­ing in the foot­steps of Har­ry Hou­di­ni. While the com­pa­ny strives to of­fer a va­ri­ety of en­ter­tain­ing chan­nels, mag­ic should be left to the ma­gi­cians.Maybe the fraud squad or the Om­buds­man could in­ter­vene on be­half of those cus­tomers, like my­self, who would pre­fer be in awe of David Cop­per­field rather than "mag­ic ac­count­ing."
