The National Action Cultural Committee (NACC) released its 2013 Top 20 calypsoes yesterday. The list includes Austin "SuperBlue" Lyons' soca hit Fantastic Friday, which won this year's Road March title and joint Soca Monarch title. However, like the National Joint Action Committee's Top 40 list released earlier this month, Bunji Garlin's Differentology did not make the cut.
Differentology has gained more popularity following the 2013 Carnival season.Garlin has been nominated for a Soul Train Music Award for the song, which was also on the soundtrack for the most recent episode of US television series Grey's Anatomy last week.Other songs that made the NACC list include 2013 Calypso Monarch Pink Panther's Travel Woes and Political Sin-Phony by former monarch Kurt Allen.
