Two Diego Martin men will appear before a Port-of-Spain magistrate tomorrow, after they were charged for stealing property belonging to Media 21, located on the fourth floor of the Hyatt Hotel. The men, aged 31 and 29, were held after investigators executed a search warrant at their homes and recovered all the items.
Around 6 am on Thursday, an employee of Media 21 arrived to work and found the office broken into and a quantity of electronic equipment missing. The items included two black 55-inch televisions, together valued at $20,000; two black 40-inch television screens valued $10,000; a laptop computer valued $5,000; and a plasma monitor floor-stand valued at US$600.
