Port-of-Spain Mayor Louis Lee Sing talks about an open mind on the one-way traffic plan he has for Tragarete Road and Ariapita Avenue. Again I ask, with an open mind, what happens to the traffic at the end of Ariapita and Tragarete?
I will say it again: all Lee Sing-or whoever has the authority-has to do is stop all parking on Ariapita Avenue and Tragarete Road and enforce the law-the signs are there. This is not rocket science.
