Young people from various tertiary educational institutions across the country are participating in the Ministry of Local Government's annual Vacation Employment Programme, which began on June 22 and will run until the end of August. At the launch of the programme at the Ministry's Kent House offices, Minister of State in the Ministry of Local Government Rudranath Indarsingh said: "I want to commend each of you on your academic achievements.
