Digicel T&T Pro League club, W Connection FC will be jump starting its 2011/2012 season with open trials this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) at the Ato Boldon Stadium Training Field, Couva. The club will be inviting all interested youth between the ages of 17 and 21 interested in having a career in professional football to test their skills and try to secure a spot on their senior and reserve teams. W Connection has been an organisation that has placed heavy focus on youth development and the 2011/2012 season, which is expected to kick off in August, will showcase the talents of such players.
All participants are expected to be at the Ato Boldon training field in full training gear at 8.45 am to ensure a timely start. This includes a black football shorts, plain white jersey, football socks, shin guards and football boots. Open trials begin at 9am on both days.
