Dig­i­cel T&T Pro League club, W Con­nec­tion FC will be jump start­ing its 2011/2012 sea­son with open tri­als this week­end (Sat­ur­day and Sun­day) at the Ato Boldon Sta­di­um Train­ing Field, Cou­va. The club will be invit­ing all in­ter­est­ed youth be­tween the ages of 17 and 21 in­ter­est­ed in hav­ing a ca­reer in pro­fes­sion­al foot­ball to test their skills and try to se­cure a spot on their se­nior and re­serve teams. W Con­nec­tion has been an or­gan­i­sa­tion that has placed heavy fo­cus on youth de­vel­op­ment and the 2011/2012 sea­son, which is ex­pect­ed to kick off in Au­gust, will show­case the tal­ents of such play­ers.

All par­tic­i­pants are ex­pect­ed to be at the Ato Boldon train­ing field in full train­ing gear at 8.45 am to en­sure a time­ly start. This in­cludes a black foot­ball shorts, plain white jer­sey, foot­ball socks, shin guards and foot­ball boots. Open tri­als be­gin at 9am on both days.
