The North Zone Bas­ket­ball Com­mis­sion will hold it's an­nu­al gen­er­al meet­ing to­day at the LOC Con­fer­ence Room at the Hase­ly Craw­ford Sta­di­um, Wright­son Road, from 6.30 pm. At the meet­ing, there will be the elec­tion of of­fi­cers to re­place the in­cum­bent in the po­si­tions of chair­man, vice-chair­man, sec­re­tary, as­sis­tant sec­re­tary and trea­sur­er. Ja­mal Duke, Kei­th Clement, Nekeisha Al­fred, Jinelle Charles and Ker­ron Mar­son cur­rent­ly hold the re­spec­tive po­si­tions.

Al­so on the agen­da will be a pre­sen­ta­tion for the up­com­ing 2011 sea­son and planned pro­grammes, the past 2010 sea­son, as well as the po­si­tion of the Zone's fi­nances. Clubs in­vit­ed to at­tend in­clude Cale­do­nia Clip­pers, Stark­er Nets, Ma­coya Fo­rum, UTT, De­fence Force, Diego Mar­tin All Stars, Re­pub­lic Bank Ar­rows, Na­tion­al Flour Mills, TSTT, Pis­tons, Courts Hori­zon, Beetham Rap­tors, Cru­saders, De­tour Shak At­tack and Trail­blaz­ers.
