Hen­nessy, the world's finest co­gnac, is host­ing a unique jour­ney of mu­sic, cul­ture and mix­a­bil­i­ty. Hen­nessy Artistry presents WeMIX Episode 1 of the tril­o­gy on Au­gust 20, at the O2 Park in Ch­aguara­mas, from 10 pm. This lux­u­ry drinks-in­clu­sive event fea­tures var­i­ous DJs who spe­cialise in dif­fer­ent gen­res of mu­sic en­com­pass­ing blend­ing as­pects of what Hen­nessy artistry rep­re­sents. The DJs per­form­ing on the night are both lo­cal and in­ter­na­tion­al acts and in­clude Trinida­di­ans Big Dad­dy-spe­cial­is­ing in chut­ney so­ca-and High Fi­deli­ty-spin­ning fu­sion, pop, so­ca, and trance. Hail­ing from Ja­maica, Stone Love Move­ment, will play reg­gae, dance­hall and con­scious and from the USA for the first time in Trinidad, Young Gu­ru, will spin old school hip hop, and new rap mu­sic.

Young Gu­ru is bet­ter known for his sound en­gi­neer­ing and pro­duc­ing skills and has worked with artistes like Jay Z, Kanye West, and oth­er mem­bers of the Roc na­tion fam­i­ly. A sur­prise leg­endary guest DJ will al­so make an ap­pear­ance on the night. It's all about the mix­ing and blend­ing of dif­fer­ent cul­tures, mu­sic and Hen­nessy. The pre­mi­um event will fea­ture great en­ter­tain­ment with an am­biance that will give an ex­pe­ri­ence like no oth­er. Pa­trons will en­joy the priv­i­lege of tast­ing oth­er vari­a­tions of Hen­nessy such as Pure White and the lux­u­ri­ous VSOP.

Lim­it­ed ad­vance tick­ets for this event cost $300 and are avail­able at the fol­low­ing out­lets: all Cache and Con­verse stores and The Naughty Grape on Tra­garete Road, Wood­brook. This is the first event of the tril­o­gy se­ries for Hen­nessy Artistry 2011. Episodes two and three each premise a new con­cept and artiste line-up. Pa­trons will al­so get a sneak peek in­to episode two of the tril­o­gy se­ries.
