Describing Pierre as a very good man, Lochan said Saturday morning he visited Pierre who told him that he had turned 52 on Thursday. Lochan said he warned Pierre about allowing the woman to stay there because of her aggressiveness. "You see it not good to be kind sometimes. He was a cool neighbour, very helpful. This is a loss to the community," he said. Investigators are in the process of complying a file to take to the Director of Public Prosecutions for instructions.
