Queen's Park Cricket Club and First Citizens Bank Sporting Heroes Reunion Brunch Lime set for Carnival Sunday is gaining momentum with the likes of Lincoln Phillips, Andy Aleong, Alvin Corneal, Deryck Murray, Sedley Joseph, Majorie John, Leroy De Leon, Florrie Kelshall, Willie Rodriguez, Andy Ganteaume, Gordon Greenidge, Colin Croft and Terry Fenwick and Tansley Thompson expressing full support for the initiative.
The club teams participating this far includes Ventures, Paragon, Maple, Casuals, Carib, Essex and Queen's Park.
Ticket sales advance $100, at the door $125 are moving nicely and anticipated to exceed expectation.
The inaugural event promises to deliver a lot of excitement with entertainment provided by DJ Larry Govia, singer KV Charles, the Carib Woodbrook Playboyz pan around the neck steel band, Moko Jumbies and surprise performances by guest artistes. Tickets are available at five (5) branches of First Citizens Bank-Westcourt; SanJuan; Arima; Chaguanas; San Fernando High Street branch, Queen's Park Oval and Corbin Communications Ltd on Stanmore Avenue, Newtown.
