Two teenage stu­dents from a school in south Trinidad have been charged with in­de­cent­ly as­sault­ing a class­mate.A third stu­dent from an­oth­er South school will ap­pear in court to­day on a charge of traf­fick­ing mar­i­jua­na at school.Around 9 am on Fri­day, po­lice ar­rest­ed two Form Two stu­dents. The stu­dents, both aged 14, were charged with in­de­cent as­sault.

It is al­leged that the stu­dents locked a fe­male class­mate in a room and fon­dled her.Both stu­dents were ex­pect­ed to ap­pear be­fore a Point Fortin mag­is­trate on Fri­day to an­swer the charge. Mean­while, in a sep­a­rate in­ci­dent, po­lice ar­rest­ed a Form Three stu­dent for al­leged­ly traf­fick­ing mar­i­jua­na. The stu­dent was ar­rest­ed af­ter an MTS of­fi­cer at the school searched the stu­dent's book bag and found the mar­i­jua­na.

The stu­dent is ex­pect­ed to ap­pear be­fore a Point Fortin mag­is­trate to­day to an­swer the charge.
