Gone but never forgotten LOW:MR. HARRY Kelvin passed away at the age of 89 on Friday 12th April, 2013. One of thirteen siblings and survived by sisters Pearl Ashing, Lucille Chin and Dennis Low. Uncle of Ricardo Low, Ronald & Hugh Homer; Carol Reverand, Sandra Costabel, Denyse Dardani, Brian Ashing, Alan Chin, Linda Lau, Patricia Jones, Gail Chen and many others. Funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday 18th April 2013 at Clark and Battoo Chapel, 11 Tragarete Road, Port of Spain, thence to the Cinerary, Long Circular Road, St. James for 12 noon.
