I have noticed the recent police exercises where several people were charged with driving under the influence and ordered to pay fines of varying ranges. Even members of the Defence Force and Fire Service are made to account for disobeying the laws of the land. I encourage the police to continue the good work and to urge motorists not to drink and drive.
