Trad­ing ac­tiv­i­ty on the first tier mar­ket reg­is­tered a vol­ume of 382,101 shares cross­ing the floor of the Ex­change val­ued at $817,710.27. Na­tion­al Com­mer­cial Bank Ja­maica was the vol­ume leader with 354,800 shares chang­ing hands for a val­ue of $567,680, fol­lowed by Sco­tia In­vest­ments Ja­maica with a vol­ume of 12,090 shares be­ing trad­ed for $25,389. One Caribbean Me­dia con­tributed 11,600 shares with a val­ue of $159,500, while An­gos­tu­ra Hold­ings Ltd added 1,460 shares val­ued at $12,252.83.

One Caribbean Me­dia en­joyed the day's largest gain, in­creas­ing $0.10 to end the day at $13.75. Con­verse­ly, An­gos­tu­ra Hold­ings Ltd suf­fered the day's great­est loss, falling $0.11 to close at $8.39. The mu­tu­al fund mar­ket did not record any ac­tiv­i­ty.
