He was the son of Eve­lyn Fer­gu­son (de­ceased) and William Os­wald Con­stan­tine (de­ceased). Beloved hus­band of Wilma Con­stan­tine. Lov­ing fa­ther of Heather Con­stan­tine, Char­maine Con­stan­tine, Ali­cia Con­stan­tine Tal­ley and Bren­ton Con­stan­tine. Fa­ther in law to Brooks Fleminster, An­drew Tal­ley and L.Cindy Con­stan­tine. Proud grand­fa­ther of Ul­ric Flemis­ter, Lisa Yea­ger and Stephen Yea­ger. Broth­er of Leonard, Ruth, Christof, Ger­ard (de­ceased), Ever­ad and Mar­guerite Con­stan­tine. Os­mond was an un­cle, men­tor and friend to many. Fu­ner­al ser­vices at 10am on Tues­day 17th Ju­ly 2012 from All Saints An­gli­can Church, Mar­li Street, New­town thence to Lapey­rouse Ceme­tery. No flow­ers by re­quest.
