A 13-mem­ber T&T 19 and Un­der men's wa­ter po­lo team left on Tues­day for Mon­tre­al, Cana­da, to com­pete at the 17th Pan Amer­i­can Ju­niors Cham­pi­onships from Sat­ur­day to Au­gust 18. They will com­pete against the best coun­tries in the West­ern Hemi­sphere in a bid to re­peat what the 17 and Un­der boys achieved last year when they qual­i­fied for the World Ju­nior Cham­pi­onships which takes place in Perth, Aus­tralia, in De­cem­ber. In ad­di­tion to T&T and host Cana­da, the oth­er coun­tries in­volved are cham­pi­ons Brazil, USA, Colom­bia, Mex­i­co, Ar­genti­na, Venezuela, Pe­ru and Puer­to Ri­co.
