The Com­pos­ite In­dex de­clined by 0.80 points, or by 0.07 per cent, to close at 1,083.68, while the All T&T In­dex ad­vanced by 0.02 points (0.00%) to close at 1,699.01. The Cross List­ed In­dex de­clined by 0.19 points, or by 0.31 per cent, to close at 60.25.

One Caribbean Me­dia was the vol­ume leader with 1,250,000 shares chang­ing hands for a val­ue of $19,375,000, fol­lowed by Ja­maica Mon­ey Mar­ket Bro­kers with a vol­ume of 198,937 shares be­ing trad­ed for $129,309.05. Sagi­cor Fi­nan­cial Cor­po­ra­tion con­tributed 13,494 shares with a val­ue of $99,855.60, while Sco­tia­bank Trinidad and To­ba­go added 5,275 shares val­ued at $342,875.

Ja­maica Mon­ey Mar­ket Bro­kers en­joyed the day's largest gain, in­creas­ing $0.03 to end the day at $0.65. Con­verse­ly, Na­tion­al Com­mer­cial Bank Ja­maica suf­fered the day's sole de­cline, falling $0.05 to end the day at $1.55. The mu­tu­al fund and sec­ond tier mar­kets did not record any ac­tiv­i­ty.
