The Leader of the Op­po­si­tion, Dr Kei­th Row­ley, is show­ing every day that the PNM has a lead­er­ship prob­lem. He nev­er ceas­es to amaze me. In true at­tack style, Row­ley barks at every­thing no mat­ter how in­signif­i­cant ... or shad­owy. Maybe, just maybe, he needs to jus­ti­fy the $29,000 salary he gets paid by tax­pay­ers. Hear Row­ley com­ment­ing on the PSA salary mat­ter that should have been set­tled long ago. He calls the set­tle­ment "a half-baked duck."

The PNM had pub­lic ser­vants in a roast fowl for years and no­body said boo. They took that and cooled it. Now big chief Row­ley pro­nounces. What was he do­ing when pub­lic ser­vants were cry­ing out loud? What? He kept his tail be­tween his legs and his mouth shut.
