Dar­ren Carter and Paul Kirk were both on tar­get as de­fend­ing league cham­pi­on K Brands end­ed the per­fect run of Cau­tion with a 2-0 shut out in the Pre­mier Di­vi­sion of the UWI Em­ploy­ees Su­per Foot­ball League. De­spite the loss, Cau­tion which had a 2-0 win over USC ear­li­er in the week, end­ed its five match cam­paign in Group A with 12 points and is cer­tain of a spot in the Big-Six while K Brands im­proved to max­i­mum six points from two match­es, the same as Carib which has played two match­es more. Tu­na­puna Ti­tans fin­ished as the top qual­i­fi­er from Group B af­ter a 0-0 draw with run­ner-up Star House. The point earned car­ried Ti­tans to 11 from five match­es two more than fel­low Big-Six qual­i­fiers Star House and House of Dread which had a 3-0 win over Se­mi Pro to ce­ment its spot.
