Hugo is sur­vived by his wife Mon­ty (USA), a daugh­ter He­len Gar­side and a grand daugh­ter Mil­lie (Lon­don). Broth­ers, Cassie and Frank Neblett, (Clau­dio, Nevile, George and Er­il de­ceased). Sis­ters Ber­nice, Mau­reen, Stephanie, Jacque­line. Un­cle of Fran­cis Den­nis, God­frey, Michael, Kevin Son­ja, Arthur, Ar­lene, An­gela, Frank, Di­anne, Trevor, Mar­garet, El­liz­a­beth, Dave, Kei­th and many oth­ers. Rel­a­tive of Anel­la Hutchin­son and cousins of many. Close friend of The Mauls, Smalls and Lee Sams of Point Fortin. Hugo was laid to rest March 19,2011.
