Po­lice found the bad­ly de­com­posed body of Cunu­pia res­i­dent Hol­lis Trimm yes­ter­day when they were forced to break down the door to his home. Foul play has not been ruled out in his death.Ac­cord­ing to the po­lice, of­fi­cer went to the Trimm's Home­land Gar­dens, Cunu­pia home at around 1.45 pm fol­low­ing a re­port from one of his neigh­bours. The neigh­bour said he last saw Trimm at 9 pm on De­cem­ber 9 and he was not re­spond­ing to phone calls or an­swer­ing calls out­side his home.

When po­lice went to Trimm's home the front door was locked and a foul stench was de­tect­ed. Of­fi­cers broke down the door and found Trimm was ly­ing on his bed.His body was in such an ad­vanced state of de­com­po­si­tion that po­lice could not de­tect any vis­i­ble marks of vi­o­lence.The body was sent to the Foren­sic Sci­ences Cen­ter for a post mortem. Cunu­pia po­lice are con­tin­u­ing in­quiries.
