Beet Banana Boost Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
1 small beetroot or 1/2 medium beetroot
1 Banana
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Ice
Optional Touch of honey or brown sugar to sweeten
Directions
1) Wash and peel the beetroot and cut into 1inch piece.
2) Peel and chop the banana into small slices.
3) Add all of the ingredients to your blender and combine until smooth.
