As more women continue to take charge across various professional environments, local designer Ecliff Elie has introduced a new offering that reflects women’s authority and individuality. Bespoke — Tailored for Women is now live.
Known for precision tailoring and garment construction, Elie crafted Bespoke through years of private client work. He said he does not see it as a “new direction” but rather, “a continuation of work I have done over time, now introduced with structure and clarity.”
It includes custom blazers, trousers, skirts and dresses, all of which are made based on a consultation-led process “where every decision—from cut to finish—is deliberate.”
The process of selecting the right fabric will be met with the same level of discipline, he added, as the materials are chosen for structure, performance and longevity to ensure its standard never diminishes.
“Each garment is developed through a guided process that considers posture, movement and presence, ensuring that the final result aligns with how the individual operates and presents herself,” the team said.
Having been in the fashion industry for over 30 years, Elie said he has always approached style based on intent and precision as opposed to preference.
His work has guided clients across many industries, so he knows all too well the difference clothing can make in a person’s attitude and mannerisms. He also knows that it is a major defining factor in other people’s perceptions of individuals.
“When the garment is correct, everything changes. You move differently, you carry yourself differently. That is the standard,” the designer said.
And in addition to seeing this venture as “a continuation,” he sees it as an extension of knowledge and approach from all these experiences.
“As more women continue to operate at the highest levels across business, leadership, and professional environments, the demand for tailoring that reflects both authority and individuality has grown. This offering responds to that shift with a process designed to deliver consistency, clarity, and control.”
He said he will continue to refine his approach to fashion through craftsmanship, attention to detail and disciplined execution.
