Her technical leadership helped set a Guinness World Record for the largest steelpan ensemble with Joshua Regrello, and in 2024 she managed production for Amazon Prime’s ICC Cricket World Cup PR campaign—taking Caribbean storytelling to a global stage. She has also guided corporate-branded videos, high-profile concerts, festivals, and all-inclusive fetes.
Armed with a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies (with Distinction) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of the West Indies, Le Gendre combines academic insight with hands-on practice.
Her tenure as a diplomatic cultural affairs representative to the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC further sharpened her ability to bridge culture, creativity, and management—skills that now define her career in the production world.
