Lights, Cam­era, Ac­tion!

That is the theme of the sec­ond an­nu­al ex­hi­bi­tion of works by mem­bers of Hillview Col­lege's Film and Pho­tog­ra­phy Club. A pic­ture can tell a sto­ry and it is with this un­der­stand­ing that club mem­bers have been busy com­pos­ing vi­su­al nar­ra­tives, cap­tur­ing their in­di­vid­ual in­ter­pre­ta­tions of ac­tion and record­ing var­i­ous hap­pen­ings in the world around them.

The ex­hi­bi­tion will fea­ture a range of sub­ject mat­ter in­clud­ing por­trai­ture, land and seascapes, ar­chi­tec­ture, an­i­mals and sports.

The show launch­es on March 5, 2015, at 6.30 pm in the school's au­di­to­ri­um, cor­ner El Do­ra­do and Col­lege Roads, Tu­na­puna. The dis­play is al­so open for view­ing on March 6 from 9 am�5 pm and on March 7 un­til 2 pm. (MP)
