Keston Nancoo is new ECA chairman

Keston Nancoo is the new chairman of the Employers Consultative Association (ECA) for the 2011-2013.
Nancoo, the vice-president of human resources at Guardian Holdings Ltd, has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, regionally and internationally, and in human resources, especially in areas of employee relations, industrial relations, marketing and communications.

Nancoo has served for ten years as branch secretary at the National Union of Government and Federated Workers, and has been a member of the ECA board for more than four years. He succeeds Ruben McSween, who headed the ECA for the last two years. Suzette Ali, general manager at Coates Brothers (Caribbean) Ltd, has been appointed vice-chairman of the ECA. Linda Besson remains as executive director.
