Police are now reporting three murders in the last 12 hours.
The UWI-Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business via its business incubator, ‘BIZBOOSTER’, hosted a business showcase and networking event for entrepreneurs on Wednesday at the school’s campus in Mt Hope.
The event, which was themed Transforming SME’s for 21st Century Challenges was held as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week’s celebrations.
Global Entrepreneurship Week is celebrated every November with thousands of events and competitions in 160 countries. Its purpose is to inspire millions to engage in entrepreneurial activity while connecting them to potential collaborators, mentors and investors.
The Arthur Lok Jack GSB, BIZBOOSTER is a business incubator programme that is the product of a collaborative relationship among private enterprise, academia and government.
The programme is designed to increase the likelihood of long-term survival of a startup company by providing support through a wide range of business resources and services.
