Commenting on T&T's trading partners, she said the UK continues to be T&T's second highest source of foreign direct investment and T&T's fourth largest export market accounting for $370 million in 2009. She added the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) agreement with Europe has opened up opportunities to access European markets."We are committed to increase our level of competitiveness and openness to trade," she said. Closer to home, she pointed to trade agreements with Latin countries like Cuba, Costa Rica, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela gives foreign investors access to the T&T market.
