Two weeks after the board was appointed in November 2010, Warner and Nicholas engaged in a high-profile spat and subsequently staged a public reconciliation. A few weeks ago, the CAL board met with the Prime Minister at which the voiced their displeasure over Nicholas' management. The Prime Minister did not intervene. Questioned on his last resort, given that the board is unable to get along, Warner replied: "That's for the Prime Minister to decide."
