He also serves as chairman of T&T Central Depository Limited and as a director of The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited. Mr. Subhas Ramkhelawan was re-elected as the deputy chairman of the board. The other members of the board are Myrnelle Akan, Alvin Johnson, Godfrey Gosein, Peter Clarke, Ray A. Sumairsingh, Michael Phillip, Terrence Chang and Donna-Marie Johnson. The stock exchange is the nation's centralized market place for buying and selling stocks or shares and other securities.
