Overall market activity resulted from trading in 10 securities of which two advanced, three declined and five traded firm. Trading activity on the first tier market registered a volume of 44,353 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $443,684.87. One Caribbean Media was the volume leader with 21,140 shares changing hands for a value of $253,673.70, followed by National Commercial Bank with a volume of 11,175 shares being traded for $24,585.00. Angostura Holdings Ltd contributed 5,468 shares with a value of $43,470.60, while Sagicor Financial Corporation added 1,550 shares valued at $12,555.00. Scotiabank T&T enjoyed the day's largest gain, increasing $0.02 to end the day at $52.12. Conversely, Flavorite Foods Ltd suffered the days greatest loss, falling $0.25 to close at $7.25. Neither the mutual fund market nor the second tier market recorded any activity.
