National Enterprises Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Mr Derwin Howell has resigned as a Director of the Company effective March 14, 2012.

GraceKennedy Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that a Director bought 15,000 stock units in the Company on March 2, 2012.
Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL) – 06.03.12
Prestige Holdings Limited wishes to advise that Mr Daniel Fitzwilliam tendered his resignation as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee, effective February 29, 2012.
Mr Fitzwilliam has been a member of the Board of Directors for the last twenty (20) years, including five years during the ownership by PepsiCo International, and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee since the Company was publicly listed in 1999. As one of the top commercial attorneys in Trinidad and Tobago, he brought with him a wealth of experience, which has contributed significantly to the Board and the Company.
Mr Fitzwilliam was a senior partner in the law firm Messrs Fitzwilliam Stone Furness-Smith and Morgan and now acts as a consultant to the firm. The Company and the Board would like to sincerely thank Mr Fitzwilliam for his dedication and enthusiastic service during his time with us and the Prestige family would like to we wish him well and continued success in all his future endeavors.
The Company is therefore also pleased to announce that Mr Kurt Miller has been appointed a Director to the Prestige Holdings Limited Board of Directors, to replace Mr Fitzwilliam, effective March 1, 2012. Mr Miller is a Senior Partner and Head of the Commercial Department of Fitzwilliam, Stone, Furness-Smith & Morgan. He joined the Firm in 1986 and has been a Partner since 1992.
His area of specialty is finance, banking, and corporate/commercial transactions. He has acted and continues to act for a broad range of local and international clients in the areas of commercial transactions, structured credit transactions, leverage lending transactions, sovereign and commercial bond issues, mergers and acquisitions, securitization transactions and aviation transactions.
Mr Miller is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (LLB Hons, 1984) and the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica (Legal Education Certificate, 1986). He was admitted to practice in 1986 in Trinidad and Tobago and in 1991 in Jamaica. He is recognized in the Corporate/Commercial Trinidad and Tobago section of Chambers Global: The World's Leading Lawyers.
