The Com­pos­ite In­dex de­clined by 0.53 points, or 0.05 per cent, to close at 1,023.16, while the All T&T In­dex re­mained at 1,538.83. The Cross List­ed In­dex de­clined by 0.12 points, 0.19 per cent, to close at 64.45.

Sco­tia In­vest­ment Ja­maica Ltd was the vol­ume leader with 170,000 shares chang­ing hands for a val­ue of $357,000.00, fol­lowed by Na­tion­al Com­mer­cial Bank Ja­maica with a vol­ume of 161,516 shares be­ing trad­ed for $263,255.92. Unilever Caribbean Ltd con­tributed 62,200 shares with a val­ue of $2,375,027.17.

Unilever Caribbean Ltd en­joyed the day's sole price in­crease, climb­ing $0.01 to end the day at $38.18. Con­verse­ly, Na­tion­al Com­mer­cial Bank Ja­maica suf­fered the day's sole de­cline, falling $0.02 to end the day at $1.63. The mu­tu­al fund mar­ket did not record any ac­tiv­i­ty. Fortress Caribbean Prop­er­ty Caribbean Fund re­mained at $5.00. Prae­to­ri­an Prop­er­ty Mu­tu­al Fund re­mained at $3.39. Sav­in­vest In­dia Asia Fund re­mained at $61.49.
