Mr Ram­lal is a Fel­low of The As­so­ci­a­tion of Char­tered Cer­ti­fied Ac­coun­tants (FC­CA); Cer­ti­fied Mem­ber of the In­sti­tute of Char­tered Ac­coun­tants of the East­ern Caribbean and holds a Diplo­ma in In­ter­na­tion­al Fi­nan­cial Re­port­ing and Au­dit­ing.
