National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) has informed the Stock Exchange that Mr Mokesh Ramlal was appointed Financial Controller of the company effective August 13, 2012. Mr Ramlal brings to NFM over ten years of management experience having held positions as Deputy Financial Controller at ADM Caribbean Agro Industries Limited (Grenada); Financial Controller at Jamaica Beverages Limited; Manager Finance and Administration at the Central Equipment Rentals Limited and Senior Internal Auditor at ANSA McAL Group.
Mr Ramlal is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA); Certified Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting and Auditing.
Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) – 10.08.12
Trinidad Cement Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Dr Aleem Mohammed has retired from the Board of Directors of the Company effective July 31, 2012. Consequently, Dr Leonard Nurse has been appointed to fill the casual vacancy created by Dr Mohammed’s resignation with effect from August 03, 2012.
ANSA Merchant Bank Limited (AMBL) – 08.08.12
ANSA Merchant Bank Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Mrs Judy Chang was appointed a Director of the Company effective July 31, 2012.
