The Com­pos­ite In­dex de­clined by 0.23 points, or by 0.02 per cent, to close at 1,080.49, while the All T&T In­dex de­clined by 0.10 points, or by 0.01 per cent, to close at 1,689.72. The Cross List­ed In­dex de­clined by 0.04 points, or by 0.07 per cent, to close at 60.57.

Sagi­cor Fi­nan­cial Cor­po­ra­tion was the vol­ume leader with 32,899 shares chang­ing hands for a val­ue of $243,552.60, fol­lowed by Na­tion­al En­ter­pris­es Ltd with a vol­ume of 10,000 shares be­ing trad­ed for $154,900. ANSA McAL Ltd con­tributed 8,118 shares with a val­ue of $529,130.06, while Sco­tia In­vest­ments Ja­maica Ltd added 750 shares val­ued at $1,792.50.

ANSA McAL Ltd en­joyed the day's sole price in­crease, climb­ing $0.02 to end the day at $65.18. Con­verse­ly, GraceKennedy Ltd suf­fered the day's great­est loss, falling $0.04 to close at $3.75.
