Clico Investment Fund declines by $1.75

Overall market activity resulted from trading in 11 securities, of which two advanced, four declined and five traded firm.

 

Trinidad Cement Ltd was the volume leader with 20,500 shares changing hands for a value of $30,545.00, followed by Guardian Holdings Ltd with a volume of 16,419 shares being traded for $303,766.72. 

 

Scotiabank T&T Ltd contributed 5,389 shares with a value of $352,979.50, while Sagicor Financial Corporation added 2,253 shares valued at $16,221.60.

 

Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd enjoyed the day’s largest gain, increasing $0.07 to end the day at $0.61. 

 

Conversely, Clico Investment Fund suffered the day’s greatest loss, falling $1.75 to close at $20.25.

 

It was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 147,250 shares valued at $2,981,263.90. 

 

Fortress Caribbean Property Fund remained at $5.00. Praetorian Property Mutual Fund remained at $4.60.

 

The Second Tier Market did not witness any activity.
