Overall market activity resulted from trading in six securities of which one advanced, one declined and four traded firm. Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 159,521 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $4,687,283.14. Neal & Massy Holdings Limited was the volume leader with 67,837 shares changing hands for a value of $4,002,383.00, followed by Sagicor Financial Corporation with a volume of 50,600 shares being traded for $316,250. Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited contributed 21,930 shares with a value of $11,403.60, while Guardian Holdings Limited added 17,554 shares valued at $342,478.54. Clico Investment Fund enjoyed the day's sole price increase, climbing $0.02 to end the day at $21.03. Conversely, Guardian Holdings Limited suffered the day's sole decline, falling $0.24 to end the day at $19.51.
