Women have been praised for the lead­er­ship roles they take on in their com­mu­ni­ties and in busi­ness­es by Nigel For­ge­nie, chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer of YTEPP Lim­it­ed.For­ge­nie, who was pre­sent­ing prizes to win­ners of the Rep­sol Busi­ness Plan Com­pe­ti­tion on Fri­day, said Caribbean woman have al­ways tak­en a strong stance on is­sues re­lat­ed to fam­i­ly.

He said he would like to see more young men par­tic­i­pat­ing in the many pro­grammes and ini­tia­tives of­fered by YTEPP.The com­pe­ti­tion was won by Ade­nie Fran­cis whose busi­ness plan was se­lect­ed from 120 en­tries.
