As part of CIBC First­Caribbean In­ter­na­tion­al Bank's Em­ploy­ee Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Day ef­forts, staff were treat­ed to a grand break­fast cooked and pre­pared es­pe­cial­ly for them by mem­bers of the Coun­try Man­age­ment Com­mit­tee (CMC).Staff came to­geth­er to en­joy the meal where Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor Du­ane Hink­son ex­pressed grat­i­tude to them for their con­tri­bu­tion to the com­pa­ny's ac­com­plish­ments.

"To­day, as we cel­e­brate Em­ploy­ee Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Day, the CMC and I per­son­al­ly want to say thanks to each of you for your con­tri­bu­tion in mak­ing the bank the suc­cess that it is to­day," Hink­son said. "We would not be where we are to­day with­out your dili­gence and com­mit­ment and this has al­so po­si­tioned us sound­ly for the ex­pan­sion of CIBC First­Caribbean in Trinidad."For that, we are ex­treme­ly ap­pre­cia­tive."

In ad­di­tion to break­fast, em­ploy­ees were al­so treat­ed to lunch catered by renowned restau­rant Veni Mang�.CIBC cel­e­brat­ed May 16 world­wide as their Em­ploy­ee Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Day, in­clud­ing of­fices of CIBC First­Caribbean in 17 Caribbean coun­tries. Each of­fice planned var­i­ous ac­tiv­i­ties to show the bank's ap­pre­ci­a­tion to its em­ploy­ees for their con­tri­bu­tion over the past year.

All staff re­ceived a small to­ken and a signed card from their man­ag­er. Ad­di­tion­al­ly, mes­sages from dif­fer­ent de­part­ment heads and the bank's se­nior ex­ec­u­tive team were dis­sem­i­nat­ed to all em­ploy­ees.
