With the open­ing of T&T's 50th Rit­u­als Cof­fee House, Mario Sab­ga-Aboud has ful­filled a promise to cus­tomers to make their favourite cof­fee and chillers avail­able with­in a ten minute ra­dius.The newest Rit­u­als Cof­fee house opened Sun­day at Philip­pine, South Trinidad, with Hous­ing Min­is­ter Dr Roodal Mooni­lal.Lo­cat­ed on the SS Erin Road, the full ser­vice lo­ca­tion pro­vides Rit­u­als' sig­na­ture cosy at­mos­phere cre­at­ed with com­fy couch­es along with com­pli­men­ta­ry Wi-Fi.

Sab­ga-Aboud's vi­sion was to cre­ate the per­fect chain of cof­fee shops pro­vid­ing a sooth­ing at­mos­phere with en­joy­able food and cof­fee. His goal is to be in every Caribbean is­land be­fore 2016.
