Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 104,252 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $1,451,079.38. Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd was the volume leader with 44,500 shares changing hands for a value of $22,250, followed by First Citizens Bank Ltd with a volume of 26,287 shares being traded for $1,090,382.60. Sagicor Financial Corporation contributed 12,634 shares with a value of $92,228.20, while National Flour Mills Ltd added 5,300 shares valued at $5,088.
Neal and Massy Holdings Ltd enjoyed the day’s largest gain, increasing $0.53 to end the day at $60.55. Conversely, Prestige Holdings Ltd suffered the day's sole decline, falling $0.05 to end the day at $9.40. Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 27,753 shares valued at $617,379.25. It advanced by $0.01 to end at $22.25.
