Overall market activity resulted from trading in 13 securities of which zero advanced, zero declined and 13 traded firm. Trading activity on the first tier market registered a volume of 113,431 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $1,539,182.46. Angostura Holdings Ltd was the volume leader with 47,764 shares changing hands for a value of $513,463, followed by National Enterprises Ltd with a volume of 27,954 shares being traded for $510,273.62.
First Caribbean International Bank Ltd contributed 25,917 shares with a value of $168,460.50, while Trinidad Cement Ltd added 5,034 shares valued at $11,578.20. No price change took place on the first tier market. Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the mutual fund market, posting a volume of 106,378 shares valued at $2,394,307.50. It remained at $22.75.
