ECA releases latest handbook on salaries and wages
The Employers’ Consultative Association of T&T (ECA) has just released the 2011/2013 edition of its Handbook of Wages and Salaries in Trinidad and Tobago.
Widely regarded as an important reference document for human resource and industrial relations practitioners, the publication gives an insight into actual wages and salaries for various occupations and sectors in T&T. It extracts wages and salaries from collective agreements registered at the Industrial Court of T&T in 2011 and 2012. The agreements have been analysed and reconfigured in preparing this handbook.
Copies can be obtaining from the ECA. Call 675-5873, or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: Inquiry: Handbook of Wages and Salaries for further information. The ECA is a not-for-profit enterprise, formed in 1960 which operates on a membership based foundation. It assists and supports employers in industrial relations matters.
