Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that effective March 31, 2014; Mrs Patricia Sutherland will resign as a director from the Board of JMMB Securities Limited, JMMB Fund Managers Limited and JMMB Puesta de Bolsa SA.
Mrs Sutherland’s decision to resign from these subsidiary boards is to allow her the time to assist with the coordination and implementation of the Unite for Change Campaign anchored by the Ministry of National Security.
She remains a director of JMMB Merchant Bank Limited, Capital and Credit Securities Limited and the Chairman for the Joan Duncan Foundation.
