Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 147,064 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $3,058,412.58. National Enterprises Ltd was the volume leader with 67,000 shares changing hands for a value of $1,256,250, followed by Guardian Holdings Ltd with a volume of 52,548 shares being traded for $689,164.92. Scotiabank T&T Ltd contributed 6,973 shares with a value of $488,041.36, while Neal and Massy Holdings Ltd added 5,858 shares valued at $388,671.80.
Angostura Holdings Ltd enjoyed the day’s largest gain, increasing $0.70 to end the day at $11.70. Conversely, Readymix (West Indies) Ltd suffered the day’s greatest loss, falling $1.33 to close at $19.67. Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 10,610 shares valued at $227,056. It declined by $0.05 to end at $21.40.
