Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 67,390 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $893,575.45. Sagicor Financial Corporation was the volume leader with 40,893 shares changing hands for a value of $276,140.80, followed by Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd with a volume of 12,000 shares being traded for $5,760.
First Citizens Bank Ltd contributed 5,823 shares with a value of $221,403.60, while Neal and Massy Holdings Ltd added 4,536 shares valued at $306,633.60. Neal and Massy Holdings Ltd enjoyed the day’s sole price increase, climbing $0.04 to end the day at $67.60. Conversely, Prestige Holdings Ltd suffered the day’s greatest loss, falling $0.04 to close at $9.41. Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 1,600 shares valued at $34,723. It declined by $0.03 to end at $21.70.
